Acceptance and Legal Binding Force

By registering an account at richpalms.app, accessing the platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Palms Digital N.V., the operator of Rich Palms Casino, registered at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curacao, and licensed under Curacao Gaming License No. 365/JAZ.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use our services. Palms Digital N.V. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Player Eligibility

Use of the Rich Palms platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gambling is not prohibited by local law. You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Palms Digital N.V. or any of its software suppliers, including RealTime Gaming, Rival Gaming, or Visionary iGaming.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household address, and per shared payment method. Attempts to register multiple accounts, whether to access multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason, will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)

To register an account, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. You must provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false identity information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Palms Digital N.V. conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with the requirements of Curacao eGaming. Verification may be triggered at any time but is always required before a first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification document (passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence) and a proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months). Additional documentation may be requested in cases where a transaction triggers enhanced due diligence requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within a reasonable time frame will result in a withdrawal hold.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction amounts, which are displayed at the cashier at the time of the transaction. Bank Wire Transfer deposits may take three to seven business days to clear.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Fiat withdrawals via Bank Wire Transfer are subject to a three to seven business day clearance window. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Palms Digital N.V. reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where a pattern of unusual transactions is identified.

Bonuses, Wagering Requirements, and Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered at Rich Palms, including the 250% welcome match up to $2,500 activated with promo code PALMS250, are subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount received. The wagering requirement must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that remain at the end of the 30-day validity period are removed from the account.

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is stated in the cashier and must not be exceeded. Placing bets above the maximum permitted size while a bonus balance is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings attributed to it. Visionary iGaming live casino titles, including Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, and Live Baccarat, are excluded from bonus wagering and do not contribute to the wagering requirement. RealTime Gaming and Rival Gaming slot titles contribute at the full rate unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authority where applicable.

Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or game engines is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players in live casino games, including pre-arranged signaling of hand values in Live Blackjack or Live Baccarat, is prohibited and will result in immediate session termination and account review. Charging back a payment after withdrawing funds or receiving bonus credit is fraudulent conduct and will be pursued through all available legal channels.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, including server outages, software errors, or interrupted live dealer streams from Visionary iGaming, the affected round or rounds may be declared void. Any bets placed during a voided round will be returned to the player’s real-money balance. Palms Digital N.V. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Palms Digital N.V. is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the richpalms.app platform, including losses resulting from gameplay decisions, technical interruptions, or changes in bonus terms. Our liability in relation to any single event or claim is limited to the amount deposited by the player in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Regulatory Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of richpalms.app that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of Curacao’s courts and the regulatory oversight of Curacao eGaming, the authority that issued Palms Digital N.V. its Gaming License No. 365/JAZ.
